On arrival I was told my appointment had been cancelled. I had no prior notification of this.
The staff in GNT managed to squeeze me in so why was the appointment cancelled!

This is my 3rd visit.
1st - 2 hour wait- no information given till 1 1/2 hours when told to go get a drink.
2nd - 1 1/2 wait- no information, had to ask sub waiting area full people standing, sitting on the floor.
3rd - Waiting currently.
